  My online print order was finished so quickly! I love being able to pick-up same day and next day...it's so awesome.

  Everything about my experience at this Staples location was abysmal: associates stood around and refused to provide customer service at print shop - they just mumbled and looked at each other, poor print quality at both self-service and with online orders, only self service was open when I came into the store but printers lacked ink and items like paper cutters were not available, clearly did not check orders before pick up (labels were printed off center and color was off), several items were not ready when told they would be, associate cancelled an order placed online for no reason and without contacting me, took me over 20 attempts to get someone on the phone when I had not received confirmation that items were ready well past deadline. In addition, the store is dirty and outdated. Choose another company for printing needs, especially if you are looking for anything resembling professional quality

  Had an issue with printing. Went home, verified the documents I had sent, and even before I called the store, received a call back with a corrected set of documents being printed. Fantastic customer service - thanks, Cameron, for going above and beyond! They have a treasure in you!
