One employee told me printing in 5×7 size wasn’t possible, while another said it was they clearly weren’t on the same page. The person at the counter was extremely slow and didn’t seem knowledgeable about the services. I did not expect such poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return to Staples.
