  Customer service has significantly decreased. Today, I asked whether the return process had changed, and the response was, “We are UPS, not Amazon. Please bag your own items, and you will have to pay if tape is needed.

  mailed out a box and recipient received an entirely different package. no other explanation other than the workers stole what i shipped. i saw him put the label on my box. the box she received said the label was created four hours later than it should have been. makes no sense

  Unfortunately, workers moved with no sense of urgency even though there was an extremely long line. And did not think to use the second register when there two workers. I don’t know the protocol but there was no empathy to the people who had been waiting in line for 45 minutes.

  Once again not open on time. I have been waiting with many others for at least 30 minutes.
