  I came by today to pick up a single shirt worth about $150.00. I’m from Orlando, FL and currently renting in Charleston temporarily helping out a friend with his local business right down the road from this location. I wasn’t able to pick up the package due to the address on my ID not being what was on the package even tho my name matched and I presented the order information from my email. I’ve picked up multiple packages before in the same situation and never had an issue. The manager was extreme rude and unhelpful. Good friend of mine is a VP of FedEx and already contacted them on this location. I understand FedEx has a policy but the way it was handled was gross giving how many times I’ve picked up packages with the same situation and no issue.

  The manager at this location (white hair, no uniform) is absolutely unprofessional. I showed her a specific $10 Retail Ski Box directly on the FedEx website on my phone. She looked at it and claimed it was an 'Express box' and told me to just take the free envelopes/small boxes from the corner. When I pointed out those were tiny and I needed to ship SKIS, she just said, 'That’s all we have.' I even came back a second time to give her a chance to help. I asked if she could check the inventory at other nearby locations in the system. She flat-out lied, saying she 'can’t do that.' When I asked about ordering the box, she dismissively said it might take 'one or two weeks' to arrive. She showed zero interest in helping or making a sale. The most frustrating part is that every other employee at this office is great—they are helpful, polite, and always wear their purple uniforms. But this woman is a disgrace to the brand. I went to the FedEx at 3000 Proprietors Pl right after, and they found the EXACT box in seconds. She is either incompetent or just lazy. Avoid her at all costs.

  Melanie was so helpful! Had to send some insulin to my mom up north and I didn’t know what I was doing in regards to packaging it etc. She was so knowledgeable and friendly! You guys have a great employee at that location

  Truly some of the worst customer service in Mount Pleasant. The manager is disrespectful, difficult and refuses to help. She sent my package back to the sender (after I had it re-directed via the FedEx website from a no-longer-operating business location) to be held at the Hwy 17 FedEx location. I was told to bring a Drivers License to retrieve my package. But, since my license doesn’t match my business address (why would it?!) she wouldn’t allow me to pick up my delivery and had it returned to the sender. It cost me hundreds in fees and of course time and frustration.
