- DMDaniel La MendolaAug 1, 20231.0The automated phone robot is useless if you need to speak to someone at your post office. If I could post less than one star I would. It is pointless to try to contact your office using the 800 call center. I will have to drive out of my way to go to the post office myself, as I am handicapped it is not going to be an easy excursion. Fix your 800 call center so that you can speak to a live agent.

The phones were ringing, she had multiple customers, and was processing passports for my family. Yet, she was able to get us in and out. Thank you so much Ms. Betty for your kindness, for walking us through the process, and for having patience with questions we had. Multitasking the way you did today, is called skills and we appreciate you!
