Every person who has ever helped me at this location has been super helpful and easy to work with. One guy even makes sure that my 3 year old daughter gets a little dumdum lolipop for being my helper. When I've waited a long time, it has been because of the people there who don't know what they're doing, not the employees. So take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. This is among the better USPS offices.
