  I have been a patron of this UPS store for a while now but recently had an experience that was not good in the least. I brought gifts for our young nephews who live in Georgia to send to them. The wrapped gifts were boxed up and address given although the associate said the address wasn't coming up in their system although I had mailed them items before. She said she could force the address and I called my sister in law to verify. The associate said she could force it into the system. I paid the cost of shipping and left. Late yesterday, (Saturday) a UPS truck pulled up to my house with the packageas return and labeled multiple errors in address. I called the UPS customer service #, explained the problem and they gave me a case #.I then noticed the address was input incorrectly. She said to return it to the store and tell them to wave the reshipping cost. I went to the store this morning, repeated everything to the assistant manager but he said he could not wave the reshipping cost and I should have double checked the associate's entry on the screen. I told him what the representative on the phone said to do and my only answer was that UPS and the UPS store are separate. Wow, ok? He's supposed to communicate my problem to the manager who returns tomorrow morning from his fishing trip but the answer will still most likely be no. Meantime our young nephews are still waiting on their gifts. Update 3/23: I called and spoke with this location's manager Robert. After explaining everything that had occured, he did offer to pay for 1/2 of the reshipping cost; I would pay the other half. I will say he had the decency to do so but in the interim since my posting yesterday, I had taken my package to FedEx and paid just over 1/2 of the cost UPS charged for the same shipping with delivery tomorrow and disputed the UPS charge with my bank for services not received.

  The assistant manager Jeff was very nice and helpful! Store was clean and organized and didn’t have to wait at all. My favorite go to! Good job Jeff!!
