  Extremely helpful and kind. I did not have the correct return label and they were extremely helpful in getting my shipment figured out. No frustration from them which I have definitely experienced in that type of situation.

  Great experience today at this location!. I went in to do some returns and to print some documents. I believe they initially were having some issues with the printer?. However, because of the small wait they gave me the prints for free! I was shocked!

  I do all my Amazon returns here and have used them for shipping several times. The staff are always excited to help and smiling. Always moves very quickly even when there is a line. Also, they have a self-service station that you can use if you're in a hurry!

  This store is top-notch! They are my go-to spot for shipping my business and personal items. Management is very professional and personable and every associate that I have encountered has been nothing but excellent! They take the effort to foster relationships with their customers which I experienced not only first hand but through their engagement with other customers as well. Makenna and Alaina were on staff the evening I went and they were great! I have gone to other UPS stores and the difference in their quality is clear. This store is fast, efficient, and have fantastic customer service!
