  Awesome attitudes. Great customer service. Everyone who works at the UPS store (Store 2958) located at: 201 B West Butler Rd, Mauldin, SC 29672 - is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, supportive, caring, and helpful. Makes you want to continue returning to this UPS location to keep doing business.

  Ease of service! You go in the store, everyone is polite and welcoming. Easy to mail off your packages, mine are usually returns. Use barcode for label, I get a printed drop-off receipt and on my way.

  My friend went to this UPS Store to send me my wallet that I accidentally left with him, and the experience was just ridiculous. He had already packed everything properly, just needed to ship it. The staff asked if they could put it in a bag, and he said sure, thinking they meant a simple one. They ended up putting it in a thin UPS-branded plastic bag and then charged $2.31 for it, without even saying anything about a fee. What’s even more frustrating is that on the receipt it says “Bubble Mailer.” There was absolutely no bubble, no padding, nothing. it was just a normal thin plastic bag. Calling that a bubble mailer is misleading and wrong. They basically charged for something he didn’t ask for and then described it as something completely different. That’s not how a professional shipping company should treat customers. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this UPS location at all.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I went there to ship my friend’s wallet that he had forgotten here. The package was already packed and ready; I just needed to pay for the shipment. The staff asked if he should put it in an envelope and I said there was no need. Then he asked if he could put it in a plastic bag, and I said sure, thinking he meant a normal simple bag. He ended up putting it in a thin UPS-branded plastic sleeve and then charged me $2.50 for it without mentioning any cost beforehand. When I asked why, he said, “You’re not shipping overnight, so we charge for the bag,” which made no sense at all. What makes it even worse is that the receipt says “Bubble Mailer” but it was not a bubble mailer at all. There were no bubbles, no padding, nothing protective about it. It was just a regular thin plastic bag, something they’d probably give for free if I asked separately. This kind of misleading and unnecessary charge left a very bad impression. I could understand paying for something I requested, but not for something added without my consent and then described inaccurately on the receipt. I’ll definitely avoid UPS in the future and use a company that’s more transparent and honest with their customers.
