- GWGod WinsJan 7, 20255.0As some of the reviews have said, yes, if a large package is too big for your mailbox, they leave you a note and ask you to come pick it up. Is it inconvenient? Sure, sometimes, but I'd rather it be safe in their office than left out in the rain or outside for someone else to take. That's just me. I give them 5 stars because every single time I have gone into that office for any reason, they have been so sweet and helpful. Yesterday I got a note about 3 large packages. I went there today and she even put them on a cart and took them out to my car for me. She didn't have to do that. I do not believe this office is as bad as some of reviews have made it out to be. I'm happy with them!

I walk in and Three people working two stare at me, one I couldn't see at first, the one continues her personal conversation with customers waiting. The one talking not to me calls to the other one to help me and walks off. Those two have words behind the wall, she takes my notice walks around pushing boxes, complains again, then puts my box on the counter and walks off.. I loudly say thank you and leave.. unprofessional. They chose to serve the public, we didn't make them work for the post office. Miserable people..
