- JLJulianne LatimerSep 6, 20231.0I depend on Amazon for many necessities as I am disabled and dove get around well.They mostly refuse to bring my packages to my porch We are down a gravel road but we have a circular driveway that's easy to access. It's very frustrating My husband is a disabled Veteran and I have mobility issues as well. They do not care They leave the pink slips saying no one available to receive packages or they just drop it at the gate in the mud and rain They seldom answer the phone and are very rude when and if they do. Very frustrating. Some of the carriers have been good over the years but for the last 6-7 months it's been horrible!!

She takes it upon herself to change my delivery type. She has hit my mailbox. She has physically thrown my packages across the yard to avoid getting out of her vehicle. She listens to loud, vulgar music while my young children are in the yard. She also will talk on bluetooth in her van which using loud profanity in front of my children as well!!!!!
