- ADAimee DurginMar 5, 20261.0Absolutely awful. We made an appointment to obtain passports, my husband took time off work, I dismissed the children out of school, we had all of our paperwork. The postal worker refused to process our passports because I didn't have a Real ID. I have a valid driver's license though. He was wrong in his stipulation, Real ID is not a requirement, but he insisted it was. He wouldn't even let us complete the children's passport, even though there was no reason not to. A couple came after us and he refused to process theirs because he said they were too short-staffed...there were no other customers in the post office. I would never willingly use this post office again.

We didn't have an appointment, so I was nervous that my decision to be a walk-in would result in a long wait. But I was wrong- we were in and out in about 15 min and that included a photo! Will definitely use them again in the future!

They cancel appointments without notice and leave notes on the door of when they will return. My mom was eventually told they were understaffed and couldn’t handle passport services. Well then stop taking appointments and take it off of your branch location!!!! Ridiculous!!!
