We didn't have an appointment, so I was nervous that my decision to be a walk-in would result in a long wait. But I was wrong- we were in and out in about 15 min and that included a photo! Will definitely use them again in the future!

They cancel appointments without notice and leave notes on the door of when they will return. My mom was eventually told they were understaffed and couldn’t handle passport services. Well then stop taking appointments and take it off of your branch location!!!! Ridiculous!!!
