A younger man was openly huffing and puffing while processing my return and acted impatient the entire time. He shoved pamphlets belonging to customers in front of me quickly into their folder, creasing them, and made it clear through his comments that he couldn’t wait to go home, showing us customers that we are seen as an inconvenience. It’s the holiday season and the store being busy is expected, but that frustration shouldn’t be taken out in front of customers like that.
