  I wish I could give zero stars. Also worst customer service ever on my lunch break. Made me wait 20 minutes just to return a package. I have been in and out in two minutes. Customer service is horrible. The management Jason is horrible. The help Red is horrible. They should shut that mess down that was horrible. Even the lady they didn’t know what he was doing. Wasting my whole lunch break just returning a Walmart package horrible place to go stay away please

  Refused to ship large box within limits that was post paid by the corporation it's being returned to. It was initially delivered by Fedex... Wow!

  "I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with FedEx has been consistently, unbelievably bad. This company has proven time and again that it cannot perform the most basic function of a delivery service: delivering the package to the correct, accessible location. For months now, your drivers have been inexplicably dropping my packages into a mail cluster box that I, as a resident, do not have access to. This is not a one-time mistake; it has happened multiple times, forcing me to spend hours of my time tracking down a building manager or post office employee just to retrieve my paid-for items. This level of incompetence is astounding and shows a total disregard for the customer's property and time. Every time I call customer service to report this recurring error, I get the same empty promises and assurances that 'notes have been added to the driver's manifest.' Yet, the problem immediately happens again. FedEx is unreliable, their customer service is ineffective, and their drivers are evidently ignoring critical delivery instructions. They are consistently failing their customers. Use literally any other carrier if you need your items delivered correctly and without monumental hassle."

  Customer service sucks lady refuse to accept my package because she couldn’t determine the weight. When box was placed on scale it was 141lb which is under 150lb. FedEx if don’t want to lift item with 100 lb find another job that doesn’t require lifting boxes.
