  "I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with FedEx has been consistently, unbelievably bad. This company has proven time and again that it cannot perform the most basic function of a delivery service: delivering the package to the correct, accessible location. For months now, your drivers have been inexplicably dropping my packages into a mail cluster box that I, as a resident, do not have access to. This is not a one-time mistake; it has happened multiple times, forcing me to spend hours of my time tracking down a building manager or post office employee just to retrieve my paid-for items. This level of incompetence is astounding and shows a total disregard for the customer's property and time. Every time I call customer service to report this recurring error, I get the same empty promises and assurances that 'notes have been added to the driver's manifest.' Yet, the problem immediately happens again. FedEx is unreliable, their customer service is ineffective, and their drivers are evidently ignoring critical delivery instructions. They are consistently failing their customers. Use literally any other carrier if you need your items delivered correctly and without monumental hassle."

  Customer service sucks lady refuse to accept my package because she couldn’t determine the weight. When box was placed on scale it was 141lb which is under 150lb. FedEx if don’t want to lift item with 100 lb find another job that doesn’t require lifting boxes.

  Fed ex drivers are lazy and they suck can't even deliver packages to the correct location. Ups is way better

  Staff is so friendly. Every time. I come in to pick up overnighted delivery packages containing live animals all the time from this location. Always easy, and I can’t say enough about how welcoming and friendly the staff is. They always greet with a smile and warm welcome.

  The incompetence of your delivery drivers is unreal. Today was 2nd day in a row I spoke with customer service bc your driver tried delivering my package to the same wrong house twice now. I’ve now checked 2 seperate times to make sure my address is correct in your system. It is. I’ve used PTO to wait for your driver for no reason. I’ll be coming in to pick my package up bc it seams too difficult a task to get this issue resolved. Awful service.
