- MJMark JermynDec 26, 20251.0We messed up and dropped a UPS package in a drop box at Landrum Post Office. Realizing the error and it being a costly $1000 error at that, I went over to the Post Office to inquire hoping the package was left in a lost property box or something. According to the clerk UPS packages route to a central sorting center. Yet researching this information online, Reddit users and after calling USPS HQ themselves confirmed that the usual approach is for UPS to pick up from Post Offices every few days as this sort of thing happens more often than you would think. Its been 20+ days now, no package has shown up on tracking. I can only think my package has been stolen or lost at this point and that this particular Post Office's rating at 2.4 stars is far too high.

- SKSherry KivinSep 10, 20191.0ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service! I was told I wasn’t allowed to bring packages there that had a different zip code than that USPS post office! What? Insane I called 800 Ask USPS they said that person gave me false information! The reason they don’t like processing pkg’s that don’t have the same zip ie: Landrum’s is because they don’t get full credit for the scan BUT they do get partial credit! I was told by 800 Ask USPS that I can take it anywhere I choose because USPS is all ONE not individual! Oh my gosh! Talk about horrible customer service! I’m cancelling my PO Box out of there and will go to Columbus Post office from now on! I wish I could give it no stars!
