Great customer service, helped me with my print needs for a christmas present they got everything done on time and short notice. Even left the order in a secret place for me to pick up after hours since I couldn't be there before closing. These people definitely will help you with whatever you need!

In response to UPS store management to my review. I was in the store, over 30 minutes to get notary services. Mr Patel was not able to perform the notary service I needed without getting someone on the phone. You said he went to extra trouble to do what I needed. What your response didn’t speak to was the incompetence of not being able to perform that function correctly without assistance. A notary that is certified should have the knowledge to perform that function without making that phone call. Your response was dismissive and didn’t address the core of what my complaint was or him shooting off his mouth. I caution anyone to be very careful when frequenting this store if management’s response is to not address anything that happened or make excuses for it. No wonder if this is your response that he didn’t hesitate to act the way that he did. Your response highlights a glaring lack of accountability from anyone within your organization. You clearly didn’t even begin to address his inability to perform the function of a notary or his outrageous behavior.

I went to the ups store today for notary services. I needed a car title motorized. I’m selling online so no buyer with me. I had to deal with store employee Pritesh Patel, the notary. Mr Patel was unaware of notary guidelines allowing the motorization of a car title without a buyer present. He had to call his lawyer to figure out how to proceed. I was in the store over 30 minutes. When I expressed being dissatisfied with having to pay the fee $5 after being there so long. He told me I should be GRATEFUL that he called his lawyer so that he could notorize the car title. Maybe I’m crazy but I would have had the expectation he would’ve been able to notorize a car title without having to call a lawyer especially since he is supposed to take a class a pass a state exam to be a notary. One would think the car title would be one of the most often functions a notary performs. And again maybe I’m crazy. But I was there way too long for something he should’ve known how to do that would take less than five minutes. I however would be “grateful” if he were able to perform the basic function of a notary without delays like there were today!! Frankly he mouthed off to me, and he should realize he shouldn’t have to call an expert to perform the basic functions a notary performs. And of course there was no apology for holding me up today!! So as far as Pritesh at the UPS store. Boooo. He was super rude and didn’t take accountability for any shortcomings in not knowing how to notorize a car title today without the phone call to a lawyer. Pritesh missed the mark!! If you need notary services, go to the bank!! I would have but my nearest branch of my North Carolina credit union was 45 minutes away.

Whenever I visit this location, I get assistance from Matthew. He's always friendly, empathetic, patient and efficient.
I don't know how he does this consistently, because I always feel woefully unprepared when I am shipping something...and thus anxious. But he gives me his full attention, doesn't make me feel like a nuisance, and will even joke a bit if there aren't a bunch of customers waiting.

It is very rare in this day and age to find a business whose staff is truly committed to excellence in customer satisfaction… and yet the UPS store in Lancaster shines in this respect! They recently filled a substantial printing order for us that was time sensitive and that needed to be folded in half. As it happens, their equipment was being less than cooperative that day… so the entire staff was mobilized and they very crisply folded each individual program by hand! I was very touched by the extra effort put forth in our behalf and that disappointing us was not even considered to be an option… so thank you to Pritesh and to his staff! You set a high standard and we are proud to have you as part of the Lancaster business community.
