Im sure I and my husband are not the first case like that. The staffs are not nice, everytime we come here, in order to receive the right service, it depends on the mood of them. We make an appointment to do the US passport for 3 times just because they asked us to re-make an appointment and repeat that for 2 times. And the last appointment was not satisfying, the manager asked my husband a lot of stupid questions like:” the photos are not legit because he smiles in the photo” and she gave him the “rule book” that doesn’t require “ a serious face photo”. And he cleared the wrong things she said for every people stay there. And she said his id is California state so he is not legal to make an appointment here! Finally, the manager asked him to to usps in Scranton... so... she was lazy to do or she does not know how to do or..?
