- SGSyeda GilaniJan 5, 20261.0Manager Behavior Concern! This was one of the worst USPS experiences I’ve had. I waited over 30 minutes in line. When I finally reached the counter, the clerk kindly suggested a different envelope that could save me money. I stepped just a few feet away to grab it, only to be stopped by the manager (a tall blonde woman) and told I had to go to the back of the line again. I have never experienced this at any USPS location. Penalizing a customer for following an employee’s suggestion is unreasonable and inefficient, especially after such a long wait. What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude—dismissive, inflexible, and completely lacking basic customer service. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or use common sense. This interaction reflects a serious need for customer service training and better management discretion. Policies should not be enforced in a way that punishes customers or contradicts the guidance of staff. I hope district management reviews this incident and addresses the behavior and training at this branch.

- AHashlyn is hereSep 9, 20251.0I went in today to drop off a package and gave the person 40 thinking it was gonna be 40 or so to ship. Turns out to be only 11 dollars. The guy up front was all about how I only gave them 20 meanwhile I had the 2 20's separated and handed them. I saw the guy stick the 1 20 dollar bill under the counter and the other in the cash registered. I will not be going back the guy is rude as hell to. I've always had a good experience when this lady worked here. Not anymore.
