Finally at 7:02pm someone tells me there was a delay earlier in the day which lead to a trickle down of delays - you would think they would then contact the customers to let them know the delay. This same person also told me the truck will be to my home within 45 minutes to an hour. I’m not sitting here another hour and a half later with no update. So I call the number again and they said the delivery needs to be delivered on 2 days from now. Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Don’t trust your delivery window or what the dispatcher tells you.
