- TLTerri LozierApr 10, 20261.0Ordered a fence decorative fence from Amazon expecting delivery on Thursday. On Friday I got a notice at 9:24 that the post office tried to deliver this item but the mail box was full. Shame on the manufacturer for shipping via postal service. Shame on the Johns Island post office for making up a story. Once I was notified by Amazon the post office couldn’t make the delivery bc the mailbox was full, I immediately went to retrieve my over stuffed mail. There were 4 letters in the box and bigger boxes at the bottom were available. Besides mail is not delivered to Oakfield until after 1:40 pm. Shame again on the post office!!!
- BRBrandon ReadenApr 6, 20261.0This postal service should just shut down at this point. Their service is so sub-optimal and consumer experience is not a priority. Despite the complaint put in about the numerous times my families packages and my own, have been delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all, they've yet to solved this issue. It still continuing to happen. Not only is the problem not being resolved but there's no way to actually speak to anyone, everything is automated directory which serves no real purpose.

When I complain to the post office I get EXCUSES and have yet to be reimbursed for my stolen item claim. If I do get reimbursed I will update my post. Update: I was reimbursed the minimal insurance because I didn't purchase extra insurance.
