- LSLinda SFeb 13, 20261.0As often said, I wish I could give a negative. Where do I begin? I received a note that they tried to deliver a letter that needed a signature but we were not available. We were. My husband works from home and his office window faces the front yard and can see our mailbox. The tag was simply left in the box. I requested, on line as directed, to have it re-delivered the next day. I taped the tag in my mailbox, hanging so it blocks any mail delivery in my box so it could not be missed, added a post-it-note that asked them to please ring our door bell and finally, I put up the red flag. It is now past when the mail is usually delivered. My husband told me I better check the box again. Sure enough, my mail came. but, the notice I taped to the box and my post-it-note were both gone but no letter and no knock at my door?! It is not unusual for us to be told something was delivered one day and show up another and more often than not, never show up. I can count at least 4 times, in the last year, that my mail was delivered to a neighbor and never the same neighbor. When you call and ask for help or complain, they could care less. it was delivered as far as they are concerned. We have lived here 9 years and it has been like this since day one. Horrible, horrible service.
