I came there at 10:20 and people were getting helped with passports so i let it be known that i was there. And the lady told me to wait until the man was finished. Around 10:40 he said that he can’t take me because i was late. I stated to him that the email said 10:15-30 and he said you can’t come at 10:25 when your appointment is at 10:15. i stated again to him before and showed the email stated the time. Even if i came at 10:15 i would still be waiting . He said that he had another appointment after me and he just didn’t want to take me ! HE AND EVERYONE THERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ! Because why work at a post office if you don’t want to do your job ! This is ridiculous!

Between cramming items in the mailbox to incredible tardiness, its absurd. We sent out Christmas cards to James Island a week before Christmas, and they arrived Monday the 29th. If they cant handle a job as easy as delivering mail, I would suggest possibly getting a job at McDonald's
