  Not open on Sunday despite what they claim. I'll change my rating when they fix their hours. It's been wrong for months.

  I don't know, call me crazy but you run and Copy, Print and Mail store but your employees can't read, count or speak proper English. I know, I'm probably asking too much.

  I won’t be going into this location any longer. It would be nice to go in the store and not get attitude from associates.

  I want to share detailed feedback from my recent visit. I arrived with an Amazon return and a prepaid shipment. The store was not busy and three employees were seated. I was directed to use the self service kiosk for the Amazon return, which could have been handled at the counter at the same time as the prepaid package. For the prepaid box, I then returned to the main counter. After leaving, I realized I needed a receipt for the prepaid shipment and came back to request one. Staff brought the large box back from the holding area but, instead of using the counter’s wireless scanner, they had me take the box to the self service kiosk and lift it to the built in scanner to generate a receipt. This created unnecessary effort and a safety risk, especially since the counter scanner could have handled it easily. The overall impression was that staff prioritized avoiding work over helping a customer, even though the store was empty. Specific suggestions to improve the experience: Process prepaid packages at the counter when the store is not busy. Use the wireless scanner for large or heavy items to avoid lifting them to the kiosk. Ask customers if they need receipts before they leave. Reinforce active customer service expectations during slow periods. I hope this helps with training and process updates. At present, I would not return to this location.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The staff showed little to no customer service. They refused to scan in Amazon returns for customers with only one or two items, which created an unnecessarily long line of about 14 people. The delay began when employees declined to assist someone with multiple returns, and instead of keeping things moving efficiently, they just stood around watching as the line grew. If someone has a large number of returns, handle it — that’s part of customer service. Perhaps model the Folly road UPS location. They are fantastic. It’s not fair to make everyone else wait while doing nothing. The situation could have been managed easily with basic organization and initiative. One of the workers even stood beside the individual with several returns not doing anything. Not even offering to open the plastic bag to streamline the process while she scanned items. I visited around 3:40 p.m. on Monday, October 13th. Check your cameras and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. If I were the franchise owner, I’d seriously reevaluate management, staff training and the way I organize processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Do better.
