Seriously, these people should not be facing the public, and probably should be on medication. The screaming and yelling that was taking place against customers is mind boggling that this establishment is still open. Please remember it is not customers fault if your lousy system cannot take returns.

BUT, there is a young man who has been helping with the Amazon returns who has always been kind and helpful and never complains, always willing to help me. He goes out of his way to pack things appropriately, tapes packages up when needed and I know that when he is there, I don’t have to deal with the others and he will take care of everything! If I could rate him alone, he would get 5 stars!⭐️
- RLRicky LingleDec 3, 20251.0As other people have stated, it can be frustrating to stand in a long kiosk line to scan prepaid packages while you watch the staff stand and stare out the window. Probably would not be frustrating if the staff was busy but when they are literally doing nothing it is frustrating. According to the staff this is the store's policy and they cannot scan items or provide receipts for prepaid items. So no hate to the staff, she was not rude when telling me the policy but it is frustrating. She is just following poor guidelines provided by the owner, but I recommend you spend the 5 minutes to drive to another UPS location as they offer kiosk service or counter service. Hopefully they will revert back to their old policy.
