- FRFrank RoperAug 6, 20251.0I have trouble getting my mail because I have a dog behind a fence. All I ask them to do is drop the package in the driveway or over the fence and the driver feels the dog may bite them through the fence! This is the most ridiculous reason not to deliver a persons mail when my dogs have not bitten anyone nor ever accused of biting anyone and kids pet them at the park! They need to fire these losers and hire better help!
- MBMelissa BakerNov 26, 20243.0Is there anyone else working at the post office when the mail carrier is delivering this morning I had a situation and had tried to call 3 times and all 3 times the phone just rung and rung and rung nobody ever picked up all 3 times our son is a over the road truck driver and he had ordered stuff that cost $300. if not more I can understand the young lady looked new and our house is unliveable but we live in a camper right bye the house and the other mail carrier's would place the boxes that can't fit in mailbox on the porch of the house so they wouldn't get damaged, well this morning and yesterday morning both times the boxes where place on the trunk of my husband's car not only out in the open but close to the road we have thieves around we've had a plow stolen right out of our yard plus if nobody was home and it rained it would have been damaged luckily I was home both times but yesterday had went to go check and see if some of his stuff arrived because some was coming in I had checked the mail and went over and checked the porch where they always had put it came in called my son and he that it showed that it was delivered bye the postal service I told him that there was nothing out there I just checked and he said it showed him that it was delivered so I went out there walked to the steps of our porch at our house because a couple of times they had put boxes at the door nothing and as I'm walking back I see a box on the trunk of the car right out in the open near the road, this morning so thankful I was awake and heard the young lady and went out there I really feel deeply bad because I went out there with a wrongful additude and that was another reason why I was calling to deeply apologize to the young lady it was just that knowing our son payed $300. are more for all this stuff and it being placed on the trunk of my husband's camreo out in the open where if it was to rain and nobody was home would have been damaged not only being close to the road anybody could've walked right up and taken it that's why I was upset but I do deeply apologize for the wrongful additude all I ask is please put the boxes on our house porch the house is not abandoned it's just not liveable that's why we're living in the which is right next to the house but putting them like you have been they will either end up damaged or stolen there was no sense on putting them on a trunk of a car right out in the open near the road for thieves to steal are rain to damaged because our son wouldn't be apologetic not at all knowing he lost alot of money. So please put them on the porch of the house it is not abandoned please. Tried calling one more time this would be the fourth time still no answer just rung and rung and rung it's really sad when you have a situation and can not get nobody at all somebody should be there to pick and answer the phone not only what if you have someone come in and needed a package delivered if your not answering the phone then that tells your not around you should always be right there to answer the phone because it could be very important if your cant stay near your desk then hire help to help you. Please let the young lady that delivered the mail today I deeply apologize for coming out there with a wrongful additude just that's a bunch of money being left on the trunk of a car out in the open near the road for thieves and rain damage that's why I was upset but do apologize to you but please place them on the porch of the our house like i said the house is not abandoned our stuff is in there it's just liveable may you have a blessed day and stay safe

I don't know if they are rushing to get home because they close at 1pm but I feel that they should do a better job at delivery all the mail they have for me or anyone else. Hire new people at this location.
