I went there to send my sons passport renewal application and another application for a new passport for our newborn, we drove an hour from Charlotte and it was really worth it. The lady was so nice and helpful, and the guy over there was great and welcoming too, we were there in the room by ourselves and other customers were waiting outside the door where the mailboxes were for covid precautions. We were in an out for two applications in 20 minutes and they verified each piece of information to ensure its correct. I already told them, this will be my new place to renew all of my family passports.Thanks again!
