  On 12/20/25 My girlfriend asked that Hunter (125363) help her print some holiday cards. She sent the image over and the image came out on 8.5x11 paper. He charged her $34.40 for this. I inquired about the transaction and he stated that was the size of the image she sent but clearly he did not offer to resize the image which I know he can do. He even admitted to me that he never specified what size the prints would come out as. He offered no recourse or apology. Horrible customer service. We deserve a refund.

  I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at this UPS Store. I walked in holding my 32-lb baby and a return package from Amazon. All three employees at the counter were openly gossiping about their coworkers and someone named Richard instead of greeting customers or doing their jobs. I approached the counter, said hello, and tried to hand over my return. The employee helping me (her name tag said Karen) didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. She refused to make eye contact, did not greet me, and continued talking over me to gossip with her coworkers. She acted like taking my return was an inconvenience and handled my items like they were contaminated. After she scanned my return, she shoved the original shipping box and receipt back at me and said, without looking at me, “We don’t have recycling here.” My Amazon instructions said to return the item in original packaging, so I was confused why she was returning it to me in the first place. I simply took the items back from her, and she suddenly began yelling that I “snatched” them from her. I absolutely did not. She continued raising her voice and repeating it over and over as I turned to leave, and then sarcastically yelled “Have a blessed day” at me in the most hostile tone possible. I walked out feeling completely disrespected, threatened, and shocked at how aggressively I was treated. I called afterward to speak with the manager (Hunter) and was told he was not there, so I also contacted corporate and am waiting to hear back. I have never been ignored, disrespected, and spoken to like this at any store, let alone while carrying my baby. This employee should not be representing UPS or dealing with the public. Completely unacceptable behavior.
