- JPJen PritzlFeb 24, 20261.0I'd give them NOTHING if I could. Do not go there for a passport. First of all, I was early for my appointment and the lady behind the counter told me to wait in the lobby...there isn't a lobby. There is an entrance only, and there weren't any customers at all. Then, the lady who "helped" me with my passport was rude, she rushed me through the entire process and did not take the time to explain anything to me. On top of it all, she took the wrong information so I had to pay even more money to send the correct information priority mail because of her incompetence! Do NOT go here. Unacceptable service!

For a small location servicing such a rapidly growing area, they keep the feeling of a small town by knowing exactly who you are and welcoming you everytime. The postal service is a thankless job where the people who work there often go unappreciated so I want to say a very big thank you for all the things you all do seen and unseen!

The way they treat customers is unacceptable- I've not only experienced first hand but I have watched them treat other folks poorly. Disgusting.
