Went with two toddlers to order passports and the employees were so friendly, patient and helpful (even offered to hold a kid). Might be worth the 30 minute drive from Charleston instead of dealing with the rude and unhelpful employees at the St. Andrews location.

Either the website is incorrect or someone decided lunch is not 12 to 1 pm but hasn’t told the public. Drove 15 miles to get here and now have to find another post office that can serve me.
