- KCKate ChristmasOct 8, 20253.0They need to extend their hours. I work from 7-4 Mon-Fri if I get a package I have to wait til Saturday and hope I don't miss the 1 hour they are open on Sat. Please extend them to at least 5.
- TTTriceMar 2, 20231.02 months ago I received a notification saying my packages was delivered. When I looked outside I had no packages. I went to this post office and was told a carrier name Sam had delivered my packages. Sam had taken my packages to one of my neighbors house. Her excuse was she had only been doing the carrier job for 1 month and that my neighbor had the same name as mine. At first she couldn't remember did she deliver my packages to my neighbor on the left of me or the right. Then she said the right. Sam told me she would contact them because she knew the girl and her husband from the girl doing her nails. Sam said the girl was a good person. So Sam went to them and asked for my packages after trying to contact them through social media. They lied and told her they didn't have my packages. So do you still think they are good people now or did you'll plan to take my packages and keep them for yourselves? The point of this is that my address ends in a 4, my neighbor on the left ends in a 2 and my neighbor on the right ends in a 6. She should have brought my packages to my house which clearly is a different number. Sam should have paid more attention to what she was doing. They stole my packages and I had the sh** end of the stick when I needed my packages for an event I had the next day. I think some type of consequence should have happened but it didnt.
