  Gary at Staples went above and beyond helping me get my business cards looking professional. He worked with me tirelessly, was incredibly patient, and so kind throughout the entire process. What an amazing employee to have on your team — Staples is lucky to have him!

  Staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help. This review is fueled by disappointment after watching and overhearing an interaction with another customer and some of the staff. An older gentleman didn’t understand the printer process and the staff couldn’t be bothered to help or even be nice to him.

  Super unhelpful staff. Arrived 15min prior to closing. Their email-to-print process wasn't working for all 3 groups of guests attempting to use it. The store manager said he could not help because he was manning the cash register (there weren't any other customers in the store). He then left the register to tell us that we needed to leave immediately at 7pm for insurance purposes. One person left, one person finally got her's to work (we had to wait for the system to send us an email). I got the email at 6:59, 1 min prior to closing, and began the print process which then failed after paying for the copy and was told that I would need to come back tomorrow, they would not help resolve the issue. Just terrible service.

  I have visited this Staples location twice, and on both occasions I was met with not just rude but openly hostile behavior from employees in the print center. During my most recent visit: • The printer was out of paper, and when I asked if it could be refilled, the response was irritated and dismissive. • I had purchased color paper and was told I could not use a specific machine, despite being explicitly instructed to do so by the Staples store in Bluffton. • After some resistance, the employee begrudgingly offered to print the file for me, visibly rolling his eyes when I explained I only needed five copies. • When the job was completed, I said “thank you,” and the employee turned around and walked away without acknowledgment. I could understand this if it were an isolated incident, but I experienced similar behavior in the print department a few months ago. The only reason I returned to this location was due to a time-sensitive need and my inability to reach the Bluffton store. For context, the Bluffton Staples location has consistently been helpful, professional, and friendly, which makes the contrast in customer experience even more noticeable and disappointing.

  I went there today 12/19 around 2:30 pm for buy new laptop. I asked a man who was working there and he is so rule. I left and bought new one in bestbuy. Bad customers services. He need more training! Not recommend this place
