- OSOn StarJul 22, 20251.0The store is clean, well stocked, well maintained, but unfortunately the customer service at this store is quite poor! In that regard, it's "very unlike" most businesses on Hilton Head Island, which are super friendly. I would go as far as saying a few of the staff are not particularly welcoming and quite unfriendly. During my visit, not one member of staff asked if they could assist at anytime. The employee on the register/checkout, seemed "completely uninterested" in even acknowledging me. No greeting, not a thank you, or you're welcome, when I thanked them (collecting my receipt). I honestly can not say I would want to willingly return to this store.
- FOfabi olaJan 21, 20251.0The worst customer service, it seems that they have no empathy with the public, there is an elderly man who is rather past having retired and is extremely conceited, arrogant, rude and treats the customer poorly, if they don't like people because they work in a place that serves the public, it is better to retire in a remote and isolated place where they do not have to see anyone
