- CCCalSep 25, 20254.0Had never sent anything at the post office before so I didn’t know what I was doing. Efficient, simple. Smells like cardboard. Classic post office. The customer service was good and fine but that was one of the most awkward experiences I’ve had in a while. I could tell the guy was probably getting a kick out of a young person like myself not quite knowing how to navigate a post office. He was helpful. But I’m glad I will never have to make a fool of myself at this post office again. Thank you, mister postman guy. Please get my letter to its destination safely. Don’t laugh at me. Unfortunately the stamp selection was lame though. You guys need cooler stamps. 4 stars, lost points for lame stamps.

They are sweet to their customers and go above and beyond every time. We are so grateful to have them. Thank you, Bow Circle post office for being so genuine and helpful with our mail and packages. Everyone in my family works in the service industry and it’s a lot of work mentally and physically. I just love this crew! Sincerely - Juli (Marquis and family).
- CCCandy ChristensenJun 28, 20251.0I mailed off 4 small packages with tracking. A week later and multiple calls, two got scanned in, two are missing. No answers as to what happened to the packages and why they never got scanned in. Theft? I know it’s a problem here with gift cards being taken out of cards! Be ware! I bought a little Library plaque, tracking says it was delivered to my locked mail box. I never got it, post office says they have no clue what I am taking about. Missing mail is common here, even if you have a lock on your personal box! The sadness never ends with HHI postal service!
- JBJillian BurtonSep 21, 20231.0Skip/Charles is doing passports! The worst person ever. I have met some awful people but he takes the cake. Rude, disrespectful, and down right unkind. I am sure there is a reason he is so unhappy but it’s a choice we all make daily. He makes a choice to make others feel the way he does. Terrible. Never going to this post office again. I am sure he will be happy.
