I came in for a passport appointment for my minor daughter and my mother and she clearly stated I needed to have my ex-husband’s approval for my daughter to even get a passport and I’m the one with legal custody. Uh excuse me ma’am you don’t need to see any court order I have regarding me being divorced period. But her over all demeanor was condescending and not acceptable. I’ll NEVER step foot in that facility ever again!
