Has to be one the worst especially the carriers not paying attention to where the mail actually goes. I've had issues with them constantly placing mail for a completely different address number and street in my mailbox and seems as since I have made a complaint my mail doesn't come now. And they will ride past my mailbox with the flag up and not pick up. Do better and actually care about the jobs that y'all are doing especially when it comes to mail being time sensitive and important!

Hartsville Post Office is the WORST! Lost my package, will not answer phone and then I rush there to make a package and the clerk locks the door in my face 3 minutes before closing. It’s Christmas for goodness sake. To the clerk, People using USPS service is YOUR job security.

Rudest interaction EVER!!! A older lady came from the back and said we are short staffed followed by is anyone here for a pick up/dropoff/questions? I tried to provide a tracking number. She said, that's not it and that's not even coming from us and from the beging was short and rude. I then showed her it said that it was dropped off at the Post Office. She said, well, I need a tracking number, so I said okay and asked if I could use my name she said no. I asked well how many numbers am I looking for so I could step outside and try and find the correct tracking number and was not holding up the line. She said they sure dont have any numbers and said 21 numbers only and I cant tell you nothing you need to call them.. I only asked a few questions and she acted like i asked for a lung or something.. I walked out and then she starts in front of everybody that is in there saying very rudely about how short staff they are, and if we need a job we can apply if we think we can do it better? I literally asked a few questions and have only been in a post office a few times idk how this works. I run a business and if my employees ever spoke to customers the way this lady did, they would not have a job. Sometimes people are in the positions too long and need to be humbled. Maybe she needs to actually apply somewhere else where she's not dealing with actual customers because she has no customer service. Customer service goes a long way especially when you're short-staffed... I did find it and go back in she went to the back for maybe 3 mins saying she couldn't find it and maybe its being delivered today which I guess could be a possibility however the USPS website says its available for pick up..I asked so just wait and see? She just looks at me.. I so hope it is because I swear I will never go into that place again... The girl running the front was nice and pleasant with everyone.. Whoever came out needs to stay in the back...

Whoever delivers mail on W Carolina Ave last Monday and Yesterday keeps delivering my packages to someone else’s address and now I’m out of over $100 and no items. Can’t file claims, the people on the phone can’t help you! I think I’ll go above whoever is over the usps in Hartsville because this isn’t the first time!
