    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had canceled 2 months ago and they still continue to charge no matter how many times I contact them. WORST experience with a company ever. Please do not use them.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I canceled my services 2 months ago and no longer have any equipment. I've contacted the company no less than 10 times yet they still send water and bill me. Terrible company and they obviously don't care about the customers. Please contact me if this has happened or is happening to you. I'd love to start a class action lawsuit against them.

    I've canceled my service and still continue to get charges. I have contacted the company multiple times and they still haven't fixed the issue. They also delivered water when they weren't supposed to which lead to a surplus. Difficult company, poor customer service. I've reached out multiple times without resolution. 2 months later they still continue to charge no matter how many times I've contacted them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    Use to have Sparkletts (bought by Primo) while living in San Diego, moved to South Carolina in July and wanted to restart my service. It has been nothing but a headache. Requested to start service mid August and they scheduled my 1st delivery for Sept 9, almost a month out. The rep apologized and stated they were a bit behind schedule, no worries I don't mind waiting. Sept 9th comes and I receive a text that my order will be delivered between 745am-1145am, at 1230pm I receive a text that it has been delivered and to tip the driver. Great I go outside and there is no delivery anywhere. I live in a track neighborhood, the address is right on the garage you can see it from the street. I call customer service and they say to wait till the end of the day, maybe they just haven't got to my house yet. I wait until 5pm still no delivery, call again and they're not sure what happened but reschedule my delivery for two days later. Sept 11 comes I receive no text so I call to make sure everything is on track. Rep states they moved my delivery to Friday 09/12, but that she shows a proof of delivery picture. The picture shows the delivery dropped off to a green house, my house is grey. When I tell her this she just says "oh no they must have delivered it to the wrong address" and that she'll notate the color of my house. Today comes 09/12 and I don't receive a text that the delivery will be here so I check my online account...it has been moved AGAIN! Now to monday 09/15. When you call they apologize but do NOTHING! Really unfortunate I loved this service back in San Diego before Primo bought it out, but since they've been bought out it does not seem like they have it together.
