- SSStephanie5 days ago1.0Martha is a fantastic cashier and the people that work there always make a shopping experience good. Integrating the checkout with the Amazon returns and having just 1 person doing that doesn't seem to be working out though, it's not a quick process and it looked overwhelming to be in Martha's position to look up and see about 15 people in her line. I didn't have an Amazon return but a purchase both times. I think most would agree that the way you guys had it before was perfect and quick. I just wanted to share that, hopefully something can be worked out with that. Thank you.

They have 100 rules about what they can and can’t return (unlike the UPS down the street that’s sweet and easy!) They also don’t give you a receipt so if they didn’t do it correctly, you’re out of luck for the refund. To top it off, they aren’t helpful about any of it.
