- JJJDec 31, 20251.0★☆☆☆☆ ABSOLUTE DISASTER – DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF SMASHED TO BITS I paid $40 to ship a box of food (including GLASS JARS, hello?!) from this sorry excuse for a UPS Store to Colorado Springs. I specifically asked the attendant for a “Fragile” sticker because, you know, common sense. They shrugged and said “Nah, we don’t have any, but we’ll write FRAGILE on it.” Guess what? THEY DIDN’T WRITE A SINGLE THING. Not “Fragile,” not “Handle With Care,” not even a sad little “please don’t destroy this.” NOTHING. The box arrived looking like it lost a cage match with a forklift. I’m talking CRUSHED corners, RIPPED sides, caved-in top – it was straight-up MANGLED. Like someone used it as a soccer ball, drop-kicked it off a loading dock, then played hot potato with it for fun. This wasn’t “oops, minor damage.” This was “we actively hate your package” levels of destruction. Miraculously, only TWO glass jars shattered into a million pieces. The rest somehow survived, but everything inside was tossed around like a salad. And the “customer service”? HA! The attendant acted like I was inconveniencing THEM by asking for basic care. Zero concern, zero effort, just pure “not my problem” energy. This place is a joke, and honestly, it makes me question whether UPS as a whole even pretends to care about packages anymore. If you value your belongings AT ALL, run – do not walk – to literally ANY other shipping option. FedEx, USPS, carrier pigeon, whatever. Just stay FAR away from here. Worst experience ever. 0/10. Would rather strap the box to a drone myself next time.
