  Copiers down again.... Used to have 3 up front, then 2 and now they are both down again. Gentlemen behind print counter refuses to acknowledge and when you call on phone he ignores phone as well. Pool customer service. Feel insignificant and going to go elsewhere. Have used Staples for years both personally and for business. Business we switched to large mail order competitor as better selection, price and quicker delivery. Breaks my heart to walk away from the local Staples, however they don't care and confident they will work themselves out of business unless drastic changes.

  Poster was printed exactly as I wanted. Printing did unfortunately take 2 days. Will still use custom printing services again.

  I use Staples every year to print 100 Christmas news letters. This year the Staples print staff did a fantastic job with that, plus I was able to print several large restored family photos (19" x 13" & 12" x 16") as posters for a very reasonable price $11 each. The quality was great and the service was great. I happen to know how to enhance, enlarge and crop the photo files to the proper size. However, I saw one person in line in front of me get similar photo resizing done on the spot. Kudos to the Staples staff for their tireless work leading up to & right after Christmas. Please remember to be kind to the Staples staff during a stressful & busy time of year ;-)

  This place always has the least trained and lowest staff after 5:00 pm. They just talk, talk, talk while the line builds longer and longer…
