It has improved significantly over the last few years and is a good immediate resource for office supply needs. The distraction that Amazon returns causes is frustrating and I hope it makes them a lot of money. Generally I've just decided to avoid any Staples Print shop as I have no interest in waiting for service while the staff deals with someone returning a dozen Amazon packages.
