This has happened 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been in. I inquired about this the first time, and was told by the British gentleman that the "server was down." Yet every other computer was working. In a subsequent visit when the "server" was actually working, the British gentleman had to attend to something and rudely told me, "You'll just have to wait." I had only smiled at him. And, because bad things happen in threes, the first time I "met" him he did my Happy Return wrong, which had me on the phone with Old Navy customer service trying to figure it out. The moral of the story: use UPS or another Staples location.
