  Horrible service! I put in an order to have a poster printed and it said it would be ready in 24hours. Since I wasn’t told otherwise, I showed up at the store to get my poster only to be told it wasn’t ready and they weren’t even sure of my order. The worker wouldn’t look my order up or take my information down so he could find my order. He told me they were behind because of the holidays yet the store was nearly empty with a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. I told him I’d just go home and wait for an email since apparently there’s no communication if your order is going to be late. Fast forward two weeks and still NOTHING! I sat on hold waiting for absolutely anyone to answer my call and when they did they told me they didn’t have the correct stuff in stock to print my order. Absolutely ridiculous. They said they weren’t sure when they’d have it in stock or if any other stores had it either. I had to cancel my order which is so frustrating as I needed it before the new year. Don’t print here if you have any other option to print somewhere else!

  January 2nd Update. Received an email today that my order which was placed almost a month ago, has been canceled. Never dealing with this establishment again. And I'll be sharing this experience during my weekly Exceeding Customer Expectations classes. December 29th Update.....Another week has come and gone. Christmas has passed...And my order status is still the same... "In Progress" ... I will keep updating and documenting with dates until there is a resolution to what should have been an easy fix. By the way, this order was placed all the way back on December 6th. Don't let this happen to you. (Initial Review Post)...I will never use Staples online ordering again. Terrible and very slow customer service. I ordered a photo mug two weeks ago and the status of the order still reads " In Process". I've called twice to find out why it's taking so long only to get the response, "order volume is high" This is unacceptable. I've never had to wait this long for an order like this. This is supposed to be a Christmas present. I teach a weekly class on exceeding customer expectations. Needless to say, I will be using this negative experience in my teach. Go to Walgreens if you want better quality of service

  Great prices and products but not dependable for getting them. I placed a photo order 10 days ago and it has yet to be completed. I was told that it would take 2 days max on the phone (even though the website advertises same day for many products). Staff was incredibly friendly, but I missed the deadline for needing the order for a Christmas event. Thankfully another Staples was able to get it done for me in one day. Great company, but wouldn’t recommend this location.

  I came in on a Sunday around 11 o’clock to print three things, for my daughter’s birthday. There was one couple waiting to be helped ahead of me and when I got to the counter, the gentleman said he could not print anything for me because they were too busy. He said I could print whatever I needed myself on the printers which I was fine with doing, but I needed something other than regular paper and they could not provide that for those printers. I had already emailed my stuff over to the store at this point and asked if I could come back later to print the three items and I was told to maybe try a different day but this time of year it is too busy to print anything as a walk-in. I have been printing stuff for years and have never been told that at any other store. This place is continuously understaffed so I will now be going further to Office Depot where at least I can get done what I need to versus being told I can simply not be helped without any solution or timeframe.
