I was supposed to have an order delivered to my Home, and got an automated text alert, saying that it was at the ship center in Greer. Why it was sent to the ship center in Greer is beyond me as I’ve always had my items delivered to my home. So due to a major inconvenience with FedEx, I drove out of my way from work all the way to Greer, which is 30+ minutes on the other side of town just to be told that my package is not there and it’s still in Memphis. This is highly unacceptable! Again, why in the world is my package being sent to the ship center when I’ve always had it delivered to my home. I do not want to have to drive back up here again tomorrow when the package could’ve easily just been sent to my home. Thanks for inconveniencing my day and wasting my time FedEx!
