They have been unable to track inventory or confirm accurate deliveries. We will not be working with this organization any longer. We ask you to do the same.

All of a sudden, they canceled delivery because they sent it to the "wrong terminal" (in the SAME town). THEY screwed up and now won't deliver for another week?! It's an hour and 15 minutes away. We could drive there and have it today. They had every chance to have a delighted customer. Now they have an irate one!
