I had a package that went from the smallest post office in the Greenwood SC area then transferred to the main post office from there back to Greenville SC I had to call the 800 number several times for services complaining about my package not being delivered to me they wouldn't answer the phone at the main post office here in Greenwood so it was the worst experience ever plus I put in and.complaint to the head office about the phones being ignored when calling so I rate them and entire 1 if they had a 0 that would be the rating from me horrible experience with them period

Had an online appointment for a MONTH to have passports done just to show up and be told they don't do them any longer. Typical USPS service!

Mailed a cake plate and dome, lost money and respect of the buyer, as when they got it the dome was completely shattered. I packed in office. Asked if the package would be secure. So why did it arrive in pieces like it been thrown around. Will not use USPS again, especially this location. Knowing is glass, should have atleast prompted me ways to ensure it would not be thrown around. I packed to where the base was well wrapped in bubble wrap as well as the dome. Same time packing paper to ensure it would not move. The package was damaged. First time shipping, and telling them I never shipped anything, they should have advised what to do. Lost money from order as well as money from work, having to leave 30 minutes early to ensure was well packed. Horrible horrible branch. Do not use this branch is my advice. If I could give 0 stars I would
