Mailed a cake plate and dome, lost money and respect of the buyer, as when they got it the dome was completely shattered. I packed in office. Asked if the package would be secure. So why did it arrive in pieces like it been thrown around. Will not use USPS again, especially this location. Knowing is glass, should have atleast prompted me ways to ensure it would not be thrown around. I packed to where the base was well wrapped in bubble wrap as well as the dome. Same time packing paper to ensure it would not move. The package was damaged. First time shipping, and telling them I never shipped anything, they should have advised what to do. Lost money from order as well as money from work, having to leave 30 minutes early to ensure was well packed. Horrible horrible branch. Do not use this branch is my advice. If I could give 0 stars I would

I paid $26 to get my keys to my mailbox 4 months ago and have been calling and coming to the office for 3 months and still nothing!!!! I have important documents and hundreds of dollars of merchandise I've ordered and can't get it because people don't want to do their job. they've been saying that the person who does it is sick, not in today, etc...every lame excuse you can come up with!!! and they won't let me talk to anyone with power?!?!? what kind of cult are you people

TERRIBLE customer service and will not answer the phone. Very unprofessional and I always have an issue with my mail being accessible due to an incorrect mailbox key given by the courier. Terrible terrible terrible!

I package had been in the postal box where I live since july 18th. It said it was delivered but the key was not in my box. I went to to the post off on Monday. Two carriers came out and we couldn't find the key and they didn't have a master key. I went back Wednesday spoke to the the supervisor clam someone be out tomorrow. Ok Thursday came and they didn't have the master key. Now Saturday 7/26 I went back someone be out Monday at 4..it is now 4:59 no phone call nothing. I have very nice but tomorrow someone better have answers or I want to see the higher up..this is unnecessary, unprofessional. It will be 2 weeks and my package is still in the postal box . Like really..no one has a master key .I will keep you updated.

Very rude unprofessional people. I called with a complaint about new mailbox keys. The "post master" gets on the phone with a attitude as if she didn't want to do her job! She ended the phone call by hanging the phone up on me mid sentence. With that unprofessional attitude she will not have that job for long!
