Last week I went in because I needed help and answers with some complications that seemed to have come up after sending the package nearly a month ago with no tracking updates or anything, and the lady behind the counter was rude and uninterested. She had an attitude and only helped the bare minimum. I tried to push to see if I could get any more information about the situation and she just stared at me blankly. Today I went to a different USPS for the same issue and without even needing to try I was given help and directions on what I should do to get attention to the package at the warehouse its in since its been stuck for so long. Ive also started using that other USPS to ship and I haven't had a problem since. I won't be trusting this place again even though its more conveniently located for me.
