As a working mom, every time I have to drive down there to get it rectified and then wait an extra day for my mail. This has never happened at any other address I’ve ever lived at.

I went the office to find out what was going on, the lady at the front ( very nice not her fault) called her manager (not in office) to see what was going on. Instead of trying to help SINCE I WAS IN OFFICE, she stated she was sending the packages back. 1. Now I have no materials for my new new job 2. Instead of training workers to ask the front desk about new residents, “ Hey does this person live here?” or maybe even go knock on the door of the apartment, they do nothing. USPS Greenville, not a good look. At all. I wish I could avoid you but I can’t.
