  Exceptionally rude staff. It says they close at 5:00 online but they decide to close at 4:30 in person. I’m not saying they had to keep the store open extra time but they could have been polite about it especially given I was carrying heavy items to return and was there at 4:31.

  The gentleman who works at the store named Brian is incredibly rude and dismissive. I have seen him be very condescending to both myself and any customer he encounters. I am in this store weekly to ship work packages, and I’ve witnessed his attitude countless times. The only redeeming quality for this place to earn two stars are the other employees who have to work with him. The other team members are very nice and helpful. I will definitely be driving much further to go to any other UPS store in Greenville just to avoid having to join Brian’s line again. Other customers in the store noticed how he was speaking to me today when I was trying to ship out my packages.
