    I went inside this branch to request a Priority Express money back guarantee refund as my mail was 1 day late from the guaranteed delivery date and time. One of the customer service personnels, a thin African American lady with braided long hair, acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and rushed me out to go fill the form online. On USPS’s website even states that I could go in person to any USPS’s brand to file for a refund. Why do you even work at the postal office if you do not even know its rule and policy? This employee needs to be re-trained or familiarize herself with the postal offices’ available services.

    I submitted an in person request to have my mail forwarded on 10/3/25. Today is 10/25/25 and I have not received one single piece of mail. When I call the Post Office to inquire, I was texted a form to complete. Why is this such a difficult request to complete, isn't this what Post Offices are supposed to do? Don't know why I even bothered.

    Went there with a money order that I purchased but no longer had use for , I have the pay stub for it plus I'm the original payee I was denied service at this Post office for no reason I had my government ID card and the receipt of the money order . I will definitely never step foot in this Post office After calling the customer service they reassured me they need to do it I went to a different post office and there finally I have gotten my money cashed out!
