One of the customer service personnels, a thin African American lady with braided long hair, acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and rushed me out to go fill the form online. On USPS’s website even states that I could go in person to any USPS’s brand to file for a refund. Why do you even work at the postal office if you do not even know its rule and policy? This employee needs to be re-trained or familiarize herself with the postal offices’ available services.

I will definitely never step foot in this Post office After calling the customer service they reassured me they need to do it I went to a different post office and there finally I have gotten my money cashed out!
