- ZZZander4 days ago1.0Worst post office, living at 1409 roper mountain and dealing with an old lady that is being very rude, vindictive, and lazy filling the mail box’s. Has even started refusing to put are mail in are box after complaining to the post office. I know this because I pay extra to track me and my Fiancés mail so as family that lives within the complex. It has taken and made it hard for a month now to get are court papers after are kids were kid napped and ebt. It has been hell and still nothings being done. I will fight to my wits end to make this right. If I could advise anyone out here near my location beware of this old cow and this post office. Very rude people tht seem to be so miserable they want to make others lives miserable

- NFNate FisherDec 18, 20251.0The absolute worst! My roommate and I now have 4 missing articles of mail and also damaged mail - and only been at this address since Aug! It’s Christmas time and I had a soft package that was “delivered” by USPS on 12/11 - and it was not in my mailbox. - Guess someone isn’t getting their gift this year. Thanks yall. My roommate is missing a package that was “delivered” on 12/5. I also got into a fight w/ a credit card company b/c I never received the card - and they said it was shipped USPS and to contact them! (And had correct address). My roommate has a home business purchasing and selling things - and she’s lost items and money because of this. Also - (see pic below) there was an item SO jammed and Bent in our mailbox I couldn’t even get out and had to bend to get it out. That metal sign was ruined. So OBVIOUSLY the mail person here just shoves things in forcefully with NO regard for personal property. Remember when USPS was trusted? Gov’t job?! Why are UPS and FedEx cheaper and more reliable now?
