- NENathan EarleJan 6, 20261.0The main problem with this place is that it's a post office. DEI has not been remotely corrected in this agency. The lines are usually very long, and the staff is indifferent and inefficient. But the reason I'm writing a review is that the clerks routinely reach around and press the "I'm satisfied with my visit" button for customers. This probably prevents upper management from ever knowing what a horrible operation they're actually running. Federal government at its absolute worst.
- TGThe Horrible GamerDec 18, 20251.0This is my 2nd review of this place due to my original review being taken down, a week ago when I added my review, the rating was a 2.3 and now it’s a 2.8 as I type this, because I work in customer service, there is a tactic of if you ever get a bad review, you flood your review with fake 5 star ones so to not her their ratings and I believe they did that. Delivered a 45lb package to the wrong address and now claims it is unretrievable, even the customer relations coordinator was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism, now due to the status of the package being marked as delivered, the company we purchased the items through said there’s nothing they can do.

You’ll know her when you walk in - she’s the one with the big smile on her face! Such a delight compared to other post office workers at other locations (Greer) that look less than enthused or even downtrodden to be there. I’ll be back!
