Your mail carriers are horrible. They just drop packages on the ground and dont care. They put mail in the wrong boxes. They drive through yards. Instead of bringing packages to the porch the shove it in a little complex mailbox and dont care that it cant be pulled from the otherside. And when you complain the supervisor does nothing.

Consistently have missing or late mail. I have Informed delivery so I can see what's coming. You cannot reach a human and automation is horrible

Kiva was absolutely phenomenal. She was so helpful, friendly, and efficient. I wish everyone had her level of customer service skills! 🙌 I needed help figuring out what to send two items in and the fastest way to get a package to my sister. I am so happy with Kiva's service!

I arrived at the store just before 4PM today and I had about 200 parcels to process. The store got busy fast but Aaron and a lovely person, I believe was his manager, handled everyone with kindness and care. I was so impressed considering they were obviously way understaffed. I mean it was two people in a six kiosk situation. Plus, the manager was supposed to be doing passports. What I saw from them was life affirming. They kept calm, delt with surly customers and still smiled and maintained there politeness but also their dignity. I was there for an hour and walked away with enormous respect. Nice work, guys.
