Instead of bringing packages to the porch the shove it in a little complex mailbox and dont care that it cant be pulled from the otherside. And when you complain the supervisor does nothing.

The store got busy fast but Aaron and a lovely person, I believe was his manager, handled everyone with kindness and care. I was so impressed considering they were obviously way understaffed. I mean it was two people in a six kiosk situation. Plus, the manager was supposed to be doing passports. What I saw from them was life affirming. They kept calm, delt with surly customers and still smiled and maintained there politeness but also their dignity. I was there for an hour and walked away with enormous respect. Nice work, guys.
