Worst experience ever! So was told that I did not need appt for passports. Drove 45 mins bc they take walk ins only to get here and have a sign on the door that says due to staff shortages they don’t take walk ins. However they were still taking people to do the passports. There is also a sign that says if your paperwork is not filled out you’d be reappointed but the clerks who were working there just wanted to prove a point to me maybe bc they thought I was a privileged white person bc they allowed an ethnic woman an hour to get her stuff and family paperwork straightened out. It would’ve taken 5 mins to take my already filled out paperwork and picture and money. But instead, they decided to make fun, even laugh with other customers making comments like people are peopling today not evening knowing my situation. I was told I did not need appt for this location I gave up an appt for today so I didn’t have to miss work bc I work in healthcare and didn’t want to inconvenience my patients, but instead of someone being kind or helping they wanted to make fun and escalate it. Very unprofessional. I would recommend choosing another post office if you have the choice, you will not be treated respectfully here. Particularly by this person KIVA

This place is awful. Worst post office I have been in. Always short staffed, can’t keep appointments. The worst.

It is truly shocking that your company has the audacity to request a customer survey given the extremely poor level of service I have experienced. If I were you, I would seriously reconsider sending surveys at all under these circumstances. Are you serious? The service has been beyond unacceptable. Only a few customer service representatives seem to have any idea what they are doing, while the rest clearly do not. It appears that no one in this company is on the same page, which raises serious concerns about how operations are being managed overall. I placed an order, and the delivery process has been a complete disaster. My package came as close as my city and was then inexplicably sent to a different state. Now it seems to be stuck in limbo with no clear explanation. This level of incompetence is both confusing and frustrating as a paying customer. To then turn around and request a survey as if customers would have anything positive to say is not only tone-deaf but insulting. I am well aware that your company receives numerous negative reviews online, so it is clear that you do not genuinely care about customer feedback. Your overall rating, which is far closer to one star than five, speaks for itself. This entire situation is outrageous and tacky. Your company clearly needs a major overhaul, because the current level of service is unacceptable.

Shawn at the office was just rude and not helpful. Nor do they pick up the phone when calling in for last 3 days. Ultimately, I’m not looking for A+ customer service at a USPS store but just some good hearted people that can talk to you like a normal human being with some respect.
