It is truly shocking that your company has the audacity to request a customer survey given the extremely poor level of service I have experienced. If I were you, I would seriously reconsider sending surveys at all under these circumstances. Are you serious? The service has been beyond unacceptable. Only a few customer service representatives seem to have any idea what they are doing, while the rest clearly do not. It appears that no one in this company is on the same page, which raises serious concerns about how operations are being managed overall. I placed an order, and the delivery process has been a complete disaster. My package came as close as my city and was then inexplicably sent to a different state. Now it seems to be stuck in limbo with no clear explanation. This level of incompetence is both confusing and frustrating as a paying customer. To then turn around and request a survey as if customers would have anything positive to say is not only tone-deaf but insulting. I am well aware that your company receives numerous negative reviews online, so it is clear that you do not genuinely care about customer feedback. Your overall rating, which is far closer to one star than five, speaks for itself. This entire situation is outrageous and tacky. Your company clearly needs a major overhaul, because the current level of service is unacceptable.

Shawn at the office was just rude and not helpful. Nor do they pick up the phone when calling in for last 3 days. Ultimately, I’m not looking for A+ customer service at a USPS store but just some good hearted people that can talk to you like a normal human being with some respect.

I’ve lived in downtown Greenville for a good while now, just working and trying to raise a family, so I don't have a lot of free time to waste standing in lines. To be honest, the post office is usually the last place I want to be after a long shift, but Kiva makes this branch the only one I’ll go to. Seriously. That woman has the patience of a Saint. I have stood in line many times and watched her deal with some seriously difficult customers—people who are rude or just being impossible—and she keeps her cool and treats them with respect every single time. I've never seen her crack. She’s also incredible with the folks who have no idea what they’re doing. You know, the people holding up the line because they don't know which shipping service to use or how to fill out a label? She walks them through the options without making them feel bad and she gets the line moving again. We need more workers like her in this city. Whoever is in charge: give Kiva a raise. She earns it every day. I was just in there today (December 23, 2025) and she was once again being awesome and usual.

I braved the post office on 12/23 and was surprised at how not busy they were! Sean was SO helpful! I got everything packaged and shipped, left, and then realized I swapped the addresses and packages. I went back in and Sean helped me get a refund and get everything straightened out. He was so kind during it even though I am sure it was an annoying task!

We came in to get a passport for our newborn as a walk in without an appointment. The office was short staffed that day as one of the employees who worked passport didn't show up. The employees offered to make me an appointment for the next day. They noted I already had all of my documents ready in hand, and a kind gentleman working offered to help us submit the application quickly so we wouldn't have to come back the next day. Very kind service, I recommend this office for passport services. I was not aware but you can make an appointment on USPS website so you have a guaranteed time slot.
