So I recently just moved to Greenville a month ago. I ordered some packages for my new job. The tracker status and it stated my address as vacant. I went the office to find out what was going on, the lady at the front ( very nice not her fault) called her manager (not in office) to see what was going on. Instead of trying to help SINCE I WAS IN OFFICE, she stated she was sending the packages back. 1. Now I have no materials for my new new job 2. Instead of training workers to ask the front desk about new residents, “ Hey does this person live here?” or maybe even go knock on the door of the apartment, they do nothing. USPS Greenville, not a good look. At all. I wish I could avoid you but I can’t.

We moved and recently and my wife made a purchase off of SHEIN. She mistakenly forgot to change the address to our new home. The 1st of 2 orders was delivered to our old address and the new resident graciously sent it back to the post office to have it re-shipped and forwarded to the correct address. This was a 44lb package that was sent the Moore, SC post office to the Pleseantburg. They somehow delivered a +40lb package to the wrong address. It took them about 1 1/2-2wks to respond to Mrs. Beverly who is in consumers affairs, she made did not hold back her disappointment in communication ability shown/not shown with this particular branch. After 2wks they finally attempted to retrieve the items they believed they wrongfully delivered to, unfortunately they were not able to retrieve them. While I will take full responsibility and ownership over the initial mistake after quickly correcting it, the end results still remain within the fault of this branch. I was able to get the 2nd part of the delivery which was the smaller of the 2 at 10lbs. That’s the frustrating part, they obviously had the correct address, as the information for the 2nd matched the first

They need to do better or get rid of the ones that are not doing their job

I've had it happen twice now that packages have been scanned as delivered but not delivered. It has only happened with packages that contained prescription medication. It's a really big headache for me because those prescriptions are expensive and I can never get the post office to do anything about it or even reimburse me the package insurance. I also saw the mail person ram into a parked car in the parking lot and cause significant damage. UPDATE: Once again, my mail has been stolen. It showed up on my informed delivery but never made it to my mailbox. This was an item including cash. Why are all my mailpieces with worth disappearing from a locked mailbox??? Someone at this USPS is stealing. DO NOT have anything of value sent through this USPS.
