- BBByron BerryFeb 24, 20265.0Have always had a great experience here but I do not understand why the hours are from 10-4? They could at least open at 9, which seems very reasonable. I understand the need to save on payroll expenses, etc. but 10-4? Kind of ridiculous and worse than banker’s hours.

- CTCharity TamsbergOct 24, 20252.0The staff is Extremely hit or miss. Today I went in with my infant and twin toddlers, which was stressful enough. The woman helping me was very impatient and told me they couldn’t overnight packages anymore. When I asked to pay for a GC to send to a grieving friend, she waited until I swiped my card and then said they couldn’t accept credit cards. As I didn’t have cash, I left. As I was leaving she loudly complained the the customer behind me about me bringing my kids in. She obviously did not want my business, which is a shame as I live a block away. UPS was a much more pleasant experience, and promptly overnighted my package.

Because of where I live, all my packages get sent here, and I literally have to MISS WORK EVERY TIME I HAVE TO PICK UP A PACKAGE. 10-12 and 1- 4???!!!! If you have a full-time job, those hours are completely worthless. Try being open when normal people aren't working!
