The gentleman who works at the store named Brian is incredibly rude and dismissive. I have seen him be very condescending to both myself and any customer he encounters. I am in this store weekly to ship work packages, and I’ve witnessed his attitude countless times. The only redeeming quality for this place to earn two stars are the other employees who have to work with him. The other team members are very nice and helpful. I will definitely be driving much further to go to any other UPS store in Greenville just to avoid having to join Brian’s line again. Other customers in the store noticed how he was speaking to me today when I was trying to ship out my packages.

Brian was most helpful in getting my QR code to scan. My phone is not bright even on highest setting of brightness. Brian, with grace and patience, gave excellent service in helping scan the code(s) as I had three Amazon returns. He was respectful in every sense of the word. And a shout out to Chris who was beside him offering to help. Thanks Brian. You provide excellent service to your customers. Kudos to you!!
